A Cracking 3lb Loch Stack Brown Trout

Generally a warmer month than last year and although we did not have many fishers in the early part of the month those who did venture north were rewarded with some good fish.

Our total catch for the month was 752 Brown trout and 3 Finnock.

The best fish caught were as follows; 6lb to Mr Ennison followed by fish of 3.8lb and 2.8lb to the Beveridge Party, 2.75lb to Mr R Connell, 2lb to Mr Cheeseman, 2.2lb to Kevin Primmer, 2.8lb to the Barnet/Carney Party and 3lb to Rob Jones off Caladail.

The Hotel now has a boat on Loch Caladail (limestone),and a boat on Loch Hope as well as 3 boats on Loch Stack, 1 boat on Loch More plus the 15 Hotel boats on the Brown Trout lochs.
