Colin Munro's beautifully proportioned 7lb 1 oz Brown Trout

A good and interesting fishing month despite the cold and wet month with 898 Brown Trout caught including a monster of 8lb 12oz to Jim Nolan on the 11th and 7lb 1oz to Colin Munro on the 26th,. Stuart Crooks also caught and released a 4lb fish on the 24th, and Colin Munro another of 2lb 4oz on the 26th.Many fish in the 2lb bracket were caught (too many to mention !) 30 Seatrout/Finnock were caught and released and 3 Salmon were caught 2 being returned. An exciting month with quite a number of early Salmon about - long may it last ! Best Wishes Patrick
